Demyanenko I. Organizational and legal bases of activity of local general courts in Ukraine

In work the theoretical, legal and organizational bases of the organization and activity of local general courts in Ukraine are investigated. The place and a role of local general courts in judicial system of Ukraine are defined. Sources of legal support of functioning of local general courts are analyzed. Bases of the organization of local general courts, implementation of the organizational management by their work and organizational ensuring activity of these courts are considered. The role of the presiding judge and the head of the office of court in organizational management of a local general court is defined. Problems of optimization of a network of local general courts, loads of judges of these courts, and also deepenings of their specialization are analyzed. Offers on improvement of a legal regulation of local general courts, and also increase of efficiency of their functioning are formulated.
