The object of research: Personal crisis, conditioned by role dispositions.Тhe purpose: is the theoretical study and empirical study of individual psychological characteristics experiencing personal crisis caused role dispositions methods: theoretical (theoretical and methodological analysis, generalization and systematization of the existing rules and scientific facts from the perspective of personal crisis caused by role-playing degradation and dispositions); empirical (observation, interview, psychological testing for the diagnosis of individual psychological characteristics experiencing personal crisis); mathematics and statistics (correlation, factor analysis); establish the reliability of the differences between the indicators studied by Student t-criterion; interpretative methods (analysis, synthesis, classification of the data, comparisons with other studies). Novelty: for the first time: - personal crisis seen in the context of role mechanism; theoretically grounded and empirically confirmed that the complex role dispositions that determine the specific experiences of personal crisis; isolated and described the destruction major role (role deficiency, role infantilism, role disharmony); developed and explored regulatory and destructive role model of key personality dispositions; defined modalities and role constructs that influence individual psychological differences in the experience of personal crisis; refined understanding of the psychological essence of the phenomenon of personal crisis; the specificity of its characteristics; psychological characteristics of individuals who differ in role-playing dispositions; the impact of role conflict, role "displacement" and the role destruction on process of personal crisis; extended and expanded understanding of classification of crises, psychological characteristics role dispositions and role destruction; sex differences in cognitive, emotional and behavioral response in the experience of the crisis; properties that make up psychological portraits of people with different levels of experience personal crises separately for women and men; development of an idea of the role essence of personality and its development.Results of research: is to develop a reliable and valid method for the diagnosis of personal crisis caused by role-playing dispositions "Test questionnaire diagnosing predisposition to experience the role of crisis".
