Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the study of contamination by an aerobe and facultative anaerobe microorganisms in genital tract of mares in latent clinical course of rinopneumonia, in special, to the study of resident opportunistic facultative anaerobe enterobacterias isolated from genital tract (their culture, morphological, biochemical characteristics), and to the determination of immune response of the horses against the tested bacteria. In the course of research was conducted monitoring epizootic of the Stud Farm in case stationary diseases. Analysed blood indexes of the mares with different reproductive pathologies and latent clinical course of equine herpesvirus infection. From the mares of the horse farm allocated two enterobacterias cultures, studied changes in their culture traits in the process of long-term preservation and passages, proved that they belong to the Enterobacteriaceae family, and held their specie identification. Was proved the pathogenicity of the studied isolates for the laboratory animals and their immunogenicity for the horses of different age and sex groups in conditions of latent clinical course of equine herpesvirus infection. Was investigated a microbial spectrum of mare’s vagina: healthy ones and mares with different genital pathologies. It’s a fact, veterinarian in real if correction a bacterial dysbiosis is necessary faces with the microbial biofilms. Was conducted comparing antibiotic sensitivity conglomerates microorganisms and some single pure bacterial cultures – their constituents. Microbial conglomerates are more durable to antibiotics then some individual bacteria. The treatment schemes for the mares were elaborated to get healthy foals in future.
