Babyak N. Legal rules and its enforcement in the process of administrative courts development in Ukraine

The author analyses the question of role and place of legal rules in court organization and activity in Ukraine. Besides, the research is undertaken on the enforcement legal rules on the way of administrative courts development as a component of judicial power in Ukraine. Legal grounds of administrative courts functioning are designated in context of the protection of human rights and freedoms of natural persons and legal entities. Furthermore, the particularities legal rules implementation are covered in administrative courts functioning at the contemporary stage of their development. The research was held regarding the general rules enforcement in the organization and functioning of those courts. Substantially author accentuates on the designation legal enforcement of human resources question in the functioning of administrative courts. Moreover, the role of legal rules is defined in the process of enforcement of organizational, financial and material rules of courts. Finally, the options of improvement in courts functioning are highlighted. From the other side the author of the dissertation underlines the opportunity to implement international legal standards of administrative justice in Ukraine. The summary raises a question of recommendations concerning the improvement of legislation and legal rules in administrative justice.
