Chicherska M. The organizational principles of local courts in Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to problems of organizational support and legal adjusting of local courts. The theoretical foundations of the organization of local courts work in Ukraine was studied. The analysis of legal adjusting of local courts work as agents of the judiciary in Ukraine was done. The system of principles of activity of local courts in Ukraine was expended. An important result of the thesis was the development of the definition and rationale of the essential content of such category as "the organization of the work of local courts". The analysis of the theoretical foundations in the organization of their work complemented by the study of international experience in the delineated area was promoted. The analysis of the practical implementation of organizational support and legal adjusting of local courts has been carried out on the main functional areas. The necessity of reforming the personnel component in the system of organizational and legal support of local courts was proved. It was found that a substantial reform of staffing needs of the local courts. An important line of research was the analysis of organizational and legal support of the functioning of the local court system. Developed and proposed for implementation of the relevant provisions of the Draft unit of the local court. There were developed proposals for transfer of management of the State registry of court decisions in SCA Ukraine.
