The result of the study first established regional confidence limits and percentile magnitude, age and constitutional features of sonographic liver sizes (oblique vertical size of the right lobe on inspiration and expiration, the thickness of the left and right parts per inspiration and expiration, cranio-caudal size of the left part on inspiration and expiration, upper-lower size, thickness of the caudate lobe) and its veins (portal vein diameter; left, middle and right hepatic veins diameters), gallbladder (length, width, thickness, area of longitudinal and cross sections and volume) and pancreas (upper-lower size, width and thickness of the head, thickness and upper-lower size of the body and tail thickness and upper-lower size) in 92 healthy males (56 - from 22 to 25 years and 36 - from 26 to 35 years) and 154 women (91 - from 21 to 25 years and 63 - from 26 to 35 years) of Podillya of first mature age and also evaluated relationships of these sizes with anthropometric and somatotypological indices in general and different age ( up to 25 and older than 25 years ) groups, allowing to develop regression models of individual sonographic abdominal sizes of these abdominal organs.
