Hushchak O. The effect of vegetable dyes on the formation of assortment and quality of dress fabrics

The dissertation is devoted to the study of the consumer properties of dress fabrics of various fibrous composition painted with vegetable dyes as well as the substantiation of promising types of these in the textile industry. The technological regimes of the coloring of wool, silk and kapron dress fabrics with extracts of the herbs mire usual, grass water pepper, herbs burnet drug, grass, yarrow, grass several varieties of statice Gmelin, leaves grapes Amur wild, dried fruit Hawthorn usual, flowers chestnut, Oregano, rhubarb root tanhutskoho, real tobacco waste, fresh bark and dried leaves of cherry were developed and substantiated. The stability of the paints painted on the fabrics studied to the effect of solar and artificial light, washing, chemical cleaning and ironing, and also their ecological safety and bioactivity are studied. The economic efficiency is assessed and the prospect of stocking up and use of the investigated vegetable dyes in the textile industry of Ukraine, in particular for small-tonnage production, is substantiated.
