Bieliaieva K. Preparation of future social pedagogues for social and pedagogical support of gifted pupils.

Object is the process of future social teachers professional training; the aim is to scientifically substantiate the technology of future social teachers training for the socio-pedagogical support of talented pupils and to determine its influence on the level of students' professional readiness formation; methods - analysis, comparison, generalization, synthesis, general scientific, genetic, prognostic, system-structural, pedagogical experiment; novelty - first, the technology of future social teachers training for the socio-pedagogical support of talented pupils has been justified and experimentally verified; the technology includes students' vocational and educational motivation increase, their emotional growth, their professional position formation; the realization by future social teachers of the importance of the training for the socio-pedagogical support of talented pupils, students' mastering the necessary knowledge for its implementation; pedagogical thinking development; mastering by future social teachers skills and gaining the experience in implementing the socio-pedagogical support of talented pupils, which is realized in organizational, preparatory, motivational, cognitive and ideological, procedural and experiential, reflexive and correctional stages; the essence of the concept of "socio-pedagogical support of talented pupils" is specified as a form of the socio-pedagogical support of such students. The main results and conclusions of the study are the development of special courses on the problem, the training program "Practical aspects of future social teachers training for work with talented pupils"; materials for work with talented pupils during the students' work experience at general educational institutions; programs of the activity of the socio- psychological service of general educational institutions "Fundamentals of students' skills development" and methodical recommendations on the organization of the socio-pedagogical support of talented pupils under the conditions of summer school for the participants of the Junior Academy of Sciences (at the district level). The study materials can be used by social teachers during the work with talented youth; by teachers during in-class learning and out-of-school activities with students; field - pedagogy.
