Essay

Dissertation focuses on seed productivity of varieties of tobacco samples of base collection and the allocation of sources of high genetic potential for the main generative characteristics, installing characteristics of inheritance features seed productivity and establishing on this basis a new adaptive source material with high levels of plant productivity combined vegetative and generative characteristics. The high rate of equality is (above 90%) of initial forms according to the main features of the disclosure of productivity varieties Sobolchskyy 33. For years testing sorts have been characterized by high variability Berley 9, where variability was found on the grounds of plant height, number of leaves and their parameters the number of boxes on the inflorescence. Temp 400 was variable on the basis of weight of seed inflorescence and the number of boxes of inflorescence, height and number of leaves of plants suitable for gathering. Identified varieties that are stable reflect the high level of agronomic traits in contrasting weather growing conditions, on grounds of seed productivity - Sobolchskyy 33, Berley 9 and Hostrolystnyy 6; on the basis of crop structure vegetative mass and somewhat variable features of the seed productivity - Bravyy 200 and Temp 400. As a result, the definition of ZCP (general combinational ability) and SSI (medium combinational ability) parental forms established the significant differences between sorts with different inflorescence density, but high rates for the vegetative mass. Allocated varieties of tobacco from the high effect ZCP by the following features: the number of boxes and the weight of the seed of inflorescence separated during hybridization as both maternal and paternal forms varieties Bravyy 200 and Temp 400. By the results of double crossbreeding with involving of initial forms with different seed productivity found that before the completion of only 7 selected forms that recommended for competitive tests. High productivity metrics by vegetative mass combined with the productivity seed varieties characterized. Sobolchskyy 400, where the dry leaves yield is 2.3 t/ha and seed weight of 21 g inflorescence is Svitlolystnyy 15 has a somewhat lower yield of dry leaves - 2.2 t/ha, but provides the most boxes (272 pcs.) weight of seeds 26 g of inflorescence.
