Essay

The thesis is devoted to increasing the efficiency of purification of diffusion juice based on the study and practical use of the mechanism of adsorption of non-sucrose compounds by calcium carbonate under conditions of periodic and continuous stepwise carbonization. An improved method for purifying the diffusion juice with the establishment of a three-step carbonization is proposed. The introduction of the proposed method helps to increase the yield of sugar and improve its quality.
