Essay

The structure of admnistrative competence of future police officers is substantiated. It consists of motivational, emotional-volitional, cognitive, operational-active, personal and reflexive components. On the basis of the substantiated structure of administrative competence, its model, which is the methodological basis for differential diagnostics and development of its psychological components, has been developed. Based on the results obtained from the diagnosis of the development of psychological components of administrative competence in future and current police officers, the necessity of making changes to the program of professional training on the purposeful formation is clarified. The certain psychological peculiarities of development are crucial in substantiating the directions of the corrective program.
