Object: pre-university training of foreign students at preparatory faculty in medical and pharmaceutical higher educational institutions; Aim: to prove theoretically and to experimentally check efficiency of pedagogical conditions of training of foreign students for studying of professionally focused disciplines at the pharmaceutical university at preparatory faculty; Methods: analysis, synthesis, comparison and summarization of scientific approaches; theoretical modeling, supervision, talks, interviewing, questionnaire, independent expert evaluation, analysis of pedagogical situations, diagnostic methods, pedagogical experiment; establishment of coefficient scale, quantitative and high-quality analysis, with the use of methods of mathematical statistics for the experimental data and analysis of dynamics of the explored phenomena processing; Novelty: pedagogical conditions of training of foreign students for studying of professionally focused disciplines at preparatory faculty of the pharmaceutical university are developed, theoretically proved and experimentally checked; features of formation of readiness for studying professionally the focused of disciplines are revealed; the concept "preparation", "vocational training", "vocational education", "professional orientation of training", "readiness of foreign students for studying of professionally focused disciplines at the pharmaceutical university" is defined; components are concretized: motivational and approximate, substantial and procedural and productive; criteria (motivational, communicative and speech and personal and reflexive) both indicators and levels (high, average and low) readiness of foreign students for studying of professionally focused disciplines at the pharmaceutical university.
