Our goal was to elaborate, improve and introduce the information provision on the rational use of drugs during pregnancy to optimize the cost for pharmaceutical care; methods - systemic, marketing, ABC, VЕN-analysis, informational, expert assessments, pharmacoeconomic analysis of "cost-minimization"; the results - the first were developed the methodics of pharmacoeconomic analysis for the treatment of diseases such as preeclampsia, the premature births, nausea and vomiting in pregnant women, the methodical recommendations, educational and methodical provision for pharmacists and doctors for postgraduate and continuing education were developed and implemented; were introduced to the pharmacies, hospitals, higher educational medical universities; area - pharmacy.
