Polischuk A. Humanitarian sphere of Ukrainian regions in conditions of the Soviet system crisis: main processes, achievements and unsolved problems (1965 - 1985) (based on materials of Vinnystya and Khmelnytsky regions).

Dissertation is devoted to the complex investigation of main processes, achievements and unsolved problems of humanitarian sphere on the territories of Vinnytsya and Khmelnytsky regions in 1965 - 1985. Complex of humanitarian sphere regional aspects, such as education, culture and healthcare in comparison with all-Ukrainian general indexes have been studied in the work. Peculiarities, mechanisms and results of state policy in the sphere of preschool and secondary education have been characterized. Regional schooling network development, their material-technical equipment and pedagogical staff potential have been traced. Main tendencies of development of regional higher and secondary special education have been highlighted. It has been also found out that in quantity of higher school students Vinnytsya and Khmelnytsky regions had the best indexes among the other agricultural and industrial regions of Soviet Ukraine.
