The thesis work is related to the improvement of elastic system of threading on circular knitting machines based on stabilization of tension. On the basis of implemented algorithm for sequential optimization, for the first time plane and spatial problems of the system synthesis while yarn feeding on circular knitting machines and the software was developed for a search of optimized threading form. On the basis of solution for differential equation system describing two yarns, bending rigidity and crease retention yarn, in area of contact with feeder surface and guide member, dependencies of the outgoing tension and angle of lap from physical and mechanical properties of the complex yarns and yarn and design parameters of design elements of the yarn feeding system have been achieved for the first time.
