Essay

Using in design of manned submersibles the buoyancy blocks with thermal insulation function from syntactic foam with additional porosity is substantiated. The lifetime bloks was determined in the conditions: long diving and under cyclic dive-surfacing. The mathematical models of damage and change insulation properties of blocks were generated. The physical model estimating the damageability of blocks of any shape and size was generated. The technique of designing manned submersibles with a depth of diving to 2000 m is developed with considering loss of buoyancy and the change the thermal insulation properties of blocks.
