The thesis is devoted to the creation and implementation of an effective system of making proactive design support decisions when using SCRUM-technology. The problems of SCRUM-technologies of proactiv project management with critical risks analyzed. The formalization of SCRUM-technologies structure project management by virtual redeployment is completed. The problems of mode self-locking in the event management process SCRUM-technologies and proactive project management restoring quality of a project product and proactive project risks management during recovery of the project product quality is developed.
