Essay

The object of research - the stage of final processing of textile materials in the production and operation of products from them. Subject of research - nanosuspenziyi based on silicon dioxide, textiles and textile articles fiber composition: cotton, polyester and their blend (1: 1). Research methods. The solutions of the tasks formulated in the work are executed with the help of theoretical and experimental methods of research, which allowed to achieve the main results of the dissertation work and to confirm their probability. In solving the tasks guided by a comprehensive approach to the development of the technology of the final processing of textile materials using nanoparticles. The development provided composition using experimental and computational methods for studying colloid-chemical properties of composite compositions and individual components; optical methods; IR spectroscopy; microscopic analysis. The assessment of the quality of final processing by the developed textile-auxiliary substances on the basis of nanoparticles was determined by physical-mechanical and physico-chemical characteristics, in accordance with the normative documents in force in Ukraine. In the development of new compositional compositions mathematical methods of planning and processing the results of experiments according to the methods of modern mathematical statistics, which were processed using the MS Office-2010 applications Excel, Statistica 7, MathCAD 15, were used. The scientific novelty of the results obtained is the development of scientific principles for the selection of components of compositional compositions based on nanoparticles. In this case, a concept is developed that conseptiom and develops the technology of final processing of textile materials and finished products using a suspension based on silicon dioxide; developed scientific principles for the selection of components compositions based on nanoparticles, namely the combination of electrostatic and sterile stabilization mechanisms; mathematical models of influence of each component of compositions on the properties of textile materials on the basis of which the optimal correlations of composition of composition are determined; for the first time, based on the analysis of the physico-chemical parameters of the suspension, based on the theories of kinetic and aggregative stability of colloids, changes in the degree of deagregatsion and stability of the suspension have been experimentally studied, and the choice of stabilizing components for compositions based on nanosilicates of dioxide has been substantiated. The practical significance of the results, developed experimental calculation method for determining the size of the nanoparticles change in optical density, allowing to develop a methodology of complex analysis systems based on them; a slurry was obtained for modifying the surface of a textile material on the basis of nanoparticles of silicon dioxide; an algorithm was proposed for determining the composition of the composition in order to obtain the specified indices of the properties of the textile material; recommendations on technological regimes, on the implementation of the final processing of textile materials and products from them, which makes it easier to care for them and improve their hygienic and operational characteristics. The sphere of use is the textile industry.
