Essay

The thesis is devoted to theoretical explanation and experimental verification of pedagogical conditions of quality monitoring of training masters in higher military educational institutions. It is revealed and determined the definition of quality monitoring of masters’ training in higher military educational institutions, besides, it is improved the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the mentioned process. It is established and experimentally proved the next pedagogical conditions of quality monitoring system of training of masters in higher military educational institutions: the implementation of monitoring system of training of masters in higher military educational institutions into the educational process, which is based on systems approach; the establishment of structural-functional model of the quality monitoring system of professional training of masters in higher military educational institutions; the psychologizing of monitoring system of training of masters in higher military educational institutions based on subjectivity principle realization; the preparedness of the scientific and teaching staff to implement quality monitoring of professional training of masters in higher military educational institutions. According to the research results, the methodical recommendations for scientific and teaching staff related to the quality monitoring of professional training of masters in higher military educational institutions are created.
