The dissertation is devoted to the problem of formation of information and communication competence of future specialists in preschool education institutions.On the basis of theoretical analysis of psychological and pedagogical and special literature, according to the main definition of "information and communication competence", a subconcept is formulated in relation to the research topic: "Information and communication competence of the future specialists in preschool education".The pedagogical conditions of formation of the IC competence of future educators are revealed and substantiated.The author has determined the components, criteria, indicators, and leves of formation of information and communication competence of future specialists in preschool education.The paper presents the stages of formation of information and communication competence of future specialists in preschool educational institutions.The author of the thesis has developed the methods of formation of information and communication competence of future specialists in preschool education institutions.
