Essay

Theoretical and methodological foundations of the study are substantiated in the thesis. The essence of the concepts of developing educational environment, development, socialization, organizational-pedagogical conditions, etc. are described. On the basis of retrospective analysis of the defined problem are identified substantiated periods of formation of the developing educational environment in the primary education system of Ukraine (late XX- early XXI centuries): (70-ies of XX century) - substantive nature of its formation; (1990s) - functional context of its organization; (beg. of XXI century) - the social and cultural and information and communication direction of its formation.
