Lepeha A. The institutional transformations of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine

In the dissertation designs the complex of intersupporting conceptual principle of institutional transformations of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, which are based on the experience of the successful activity of customs and tax foreign administrations, service philosophy of the customs and tax control, integrating approach to administration against the criterion of transformations processes minimization. The tools for evaluation of efficiency of transformation processes on the developed methodical and technological models are offered. The base of this model is the matrix of the institutional transformation, which provides identification of factors of development and directions of transformation, monitoring of the process from the point of view of the transformation subjects participation, defining the priorities of changes. As a result the quality and substantiation of transformation decisions on management of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine development rise.
