Dzhalilova O. Significance of the theory of social systems for the formation of the philosophy of social communication

The thesis is presented a philosophical reconstruction of the justification of the theory of social systems as a methodology for cognition of social communication, which was proposed by the German sociologist, Niklas Luhmann. It has been shown that social communication, not only in the Luhmann, but also in general in modern system theory, ceased to be regarded as self-evident phenomenon, but as a result of complex operations based on the information transmitted in the message (or does not achieve success in the broadcast), which is understood (or do not understand) and which is perceived (or not perceived). In the acts of selection, communication, understanding of information in the communications there is a series of selections, each of which is a continuation of the previous and a prerequisite for further communicative operation.
