Shmalko O. Development of composition and technology of the phytosyrup with a hepatoprotective and choleretic action.

The thesis is devoted to theoretical and experimental substantiation of the composition and to the technology of a new medicine - phytosyrup "Holofit" with hepatoprotective and choleretic action development. The recipe of phytocomposition (rose hips, leaves of artichoke, leaves of stevia, flowers of the immortelle and corn columns with stigmas) and its technology was theoretically justified and was developed based on complex physical-chemical, structural-mechanical, pharmaco-technological and biological researches. The stability of the phytosyrup "Holofit" in the process of storage for two years in polymeric light protective bottles under 25 ° С was studied. The projects of methods of quality control and industrial regulation of phytosyrup "Holofit" with hepatoprotective and choleretic action were developed. The technology of the developed medicine was tested in the industrial conditions of the "Aim", Kharkiv.
