Kudryk B. Development of the composition and technology of the medicinal form of immunomodulatory action on the basis of bee products

The thesis is dedicated to the theoretically and experimentally substantiation of the composition and technology of original dosage liposomal form of ubidecarenone for the treatment of cardiac diseases. On the ground of theoretical substantiation and experimental studies, a qualitative and quantitative composition of the active substance and excipients was determined. Optimal technological parameters for obtaining of the liposomal injectable form of ubidecarenone have been studied, namely: the number of cycles during homogenization, the value of temperature, pressure, the stage of introducing of the cryoprotectant, the lyophilization mode. Pharmacological activity of the developed preparation has been established in the model of myocardial infarction and ischemic heart disease. Modern techniques of identification and quantification of ubidecarenone have been developed to create the QCM-project. For the lyophilized preparation the specification has been developed in accordance with the requirements of State Pharmacopoeia of Ukraine for medicinal preparations for parenteral use.
