Hladii O. Age-depending features of heart remodeling according to experimental hyperuriсemia.

The thesis is dedicated to the study of myocardium remodeling using the complex of morphological investigations under conditions of experimental metabolic interruptions of purines among rats of pubertal and mature ages. It was proved that hyperuricemia caused concentric type of heart cambers remodeling in rats of pubertal age and excentric type in rats of mature age, which was reflected by few non-specific changes, the level of expression depends on age of animal, duration of high level concentration of uric acid impact and their combination with cholesterol change violation. Among rats of pubertal age compensatory processes prevail, which can be seen as cardiomyocytes hypertrophy, hyperplasia of ins ultrastructures, slightly shown dystrophical change, enforcement of antiapoptosis protection and perivascular fibrosis. Among mature rats prevailed dystrophic and necrotic alterations due to preceding blood flow remodeling and intense diffuse sclerosis development. In the case of both hyperuricemia and hypercholesterolemia influence the intension of finding changes increased, that was initiated by more expressed vascular damaging.
