Makarenko T. Development of franchising in Ukraine as a factor of investment security of the state

The dissertation is devoted to the determination of the theoretical and methodological foundations of intensifying the development of franchising in Ukraine as a factor in ensuring investment security, and substantiation of scientific-practical recommendations for improving public investment policy and regulation processes of franchising activity, taking into account requirements of the economic security of the state. Franchising is defined on the security-based approach; a structurally-logical links between characteristics of franchising activity, economic effects from it and the mains of investment security of the state are identified. Trends in franchising development in foreign countries are analyzed; the factors that determine the development of franchising in Ukraine are revealed and described. The threats to the investment security of the state are identified, the franchising development will help to overcome them. It is implemented the assessment of investment security of the state, taking into aspects of franchising (based on the selection of indicators that characterize investment processes and franchising development processes in Ukraine, and determination of their limit indexes, weights coefficients). Indicators and changes in the level of investment security of the state under the influence of the implementation of economic and normative activities for the development of franchising are interpreted.
