Essay

The thesis theoretically and experimentally proves early prevention of immunodeficiency in the body of newborn calves with liposome correction of maternal immunity formation. It is proved that the use of native liposomes and the drug Membranostabil for newborn calves after birth for 15 minutes before the first colostrum feeding and then 12 hours later, 15 minutes before the colostrum feeding, contributes to the significantly greater flow colostric immunoglobulins in the blood serum of animals which is very important for the formation of a high level of maternal immunity. It is founded that in case of using native liposomes and the drug Membranostabil for the newborn calves Ig concentrations growth rate in serum of experimental groups was significantly higher by almost 2.0 and 3.0 times, respectively, compared to the control group calves of the same age. The use of native liposomes and the drug Membranostabil for newborn calves contributes significantly to the more intense reversal of antibodies from the blood of calves in the lumen of the intestine, to ensure a high level of local immunity in the intestines of animals. The results of the research prove that the use of native liposome and the drug Membranostabil impact the quality improvement and ensuring a high level of maternal immunity in newborn calves organisms, prolongation of its action and the prevention of early age-related immunodeficiency conditions in calves.
