Pedagogical conditions of training of future teachers of physical education for physical and sports activities at secondary schools have been proved for the first time in this thesis. Criteria for readiness of future teachers of physical education for physical and sports activities at secondary schools have been specified (a motivation-valuable criterion, an intellectual-educational criterion, an activity-practice criterion. It characterizes the levels of readiness of a future teacher of physical education for physical and sports activities at secondary schools on the base of aforementioned criteria and characteristics: low, middle, high. It reveals the basic nature of key notions of the research. The first one is ‘training of a future teacher for physical and sports activities at secondary schools’ (to aim the process at the effective use of physical education and sports resources for the development of professional knowledge system for future specialists; to gain the required set of pedagogical skills and abilities oriented to physical and sports work as well as referred to the renewal of the psychophysiological ability to work and the entertainment for students; the improvement of their personalities in the process of amateur initiatives). The second one is ‘the readiness of a future teacher of physical education for physical and sports activities at secondary schools’ (it means the dynamic developed identity quality of the man that reflects the necessary level of knowledge in the sphere of physical and sports training, the sufficient level of the development of skills and abilities, a strong motivation to hold this activity). Forms, methods, as well as resources of educational process so as to prepare future teachers of physical education for physical and sports activities at secondary schools have been improved. Integration processes for the training of future teachers of physical education for physical and sports activities at secondary schools and forming the proper content for their study, as well as using reasonable forms and methods have acquired the further development. The practical value of the succeeded results is the development and the implementation into the education the methodology of diagnosing the levels of readiness of future teachers of physical education for physical and sports activities at secondary schools; the development of author’s educational programs oriented on training future teachers of physical education as well as the realization of the educational-methodological support: the content renewal of key disciplines; organizing the special seminar ‘Organization and the methodology of doing physical and sports exercises at secondary schools’; intensification of self-study of future teachers so as to gain knowledge, skills and abilities for physical and sports activities. The materials of the research could be used in higher education in the process of training a future teacher of physical education for physical and sports activities at secondary schools. It analyses the state of readiness of future teachers of physical education for physical and sports activities at secondary schools. The pedagogical experiment has been established. The results of the experiment have been proved that future teachers of physical education have the low level of readiness to organize physical and sports exercises. It proposes the ways to enhance the aforementioned readiness throughout establishing and implementing the necessary pedagogical conditions. It has been found that future teachers of physical education in the experimental group have the high level of readiness for physical and sports activities at secondary schools. These results have been established during the forming experiment using motivational-valuable, intellectual-cognitive, as well as action-practical criteria. Furthermore, future teachers of physical education in the control group have the middle level of aforementioned readiness. The results of the research prove the dynamic positive changes in indices of readiness of future teachers of physical education for physical and sports activities at secondary schools. It concerns the results in the experimental groups under the influence of proposed experimental innovations.
