Iakovenko V. Project-oriented formation of the profile of the professional and publication activity of a scientist

An actual scientifically-applied task is solved in the thesis, which is aimed at solving a actual scientific problem of project management – creation of methodological foundations and tools for solving the problem of ensuring high indicators of projects through the use of models, methods and tools for assessing the results of the project creation of information support for the licensing and accreditation processes of institutions of higher education. To improve the efficiency of project design decisions for operational management in educational projects through the implementation of automated procedures for the formation of a professional and publication profile of the activity of a scientist: an analysis of models and methods in the project of forming a profile of the professional and publication activity of a scientist has been performed; a model with information processing in the natural language has been created to fill the profile of professional and publication activity on the basis of links between collections of documents and the terms found in the database; mechanisms of project management of the information retrieval system for the collection and processing of information from the science-based databases have been developed; research results have been introduced into the practice of designing the information retrieval system as a managed organizational and technical system for managing human, material, and informational resources throughout the life cycle. The practical value lies in the fact that the dissertation research was completed by the creation of a software product – information retrieval system supporting the processes of licensing / accreditation of educational services of higher educational institutions. The usage of the developed software product allows to determine the compliance of the higher educational institutions with the indicators of licensing conditions for the provision of educational services.
