Object - joint sport activity of skilled athletes; aim - increase of efficiency of psychological and pedagogical adjusting facilities of sport teams joint activity; methods: theoretical analysis and generalization; pedagogical experiment (establishing and forming), questionnaire, psychological diagnostic testing; methods of mathematical statistics; novelty - found out the differences of sport teams joint activity with the different type of co-operation and different qualification, in theory grounded and experimentally proved the regulators of efficiency of their joint activity, in particular, such group phenomena as authentication, subjects, self-estimation, distributing of roles, good organization and co-operation; the methods of evaluation of sport team group efficiency are subsequently developed; results - efficiency of the author's program of adjusting of sport teams joint activity is verified (on the example of teams of joint interrelated co-operation type). Research results are implemented into preparation of Ukraine women national teams of fencing on sabers and field hockey, volley-ball club "Vinnytsya" (superliga, men), Vinnytsya region combined teams in track-and-field and specialized child-youth Yuliya Ryabchinska Olympic Reserve rowing school, and also into the educational process of Institute of Physical Education and Sport of the Vinnytsya State Pedagogical university named Mykhajlo Kocyubinskyi and Khmel'nickyi National university; field - physical education and sport.
