Essay

The process of introducing into the cells of the organism of genes, which causes them to synthesize new proteins, as a rule, pharmacological or technological directions, was described. Methods of delivery of genetic engineering constructions to the genome of investigated animals were considered. Methods of genetic transformation of generative, blastodermal and primary germ cells of quail were worked out. The most effective methods for transfection by GFP-gene of generative and embryonic quail cells with using genetically engineered structures CRISPR/Cas-GFP and pEGFP-N1 in combination with liposomes, dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) and Triton X-100 (TX-100) were proposed.
