In dissertation on the basis of study the soviet, Russian and Ukrainian researchers, archived materials, published documents, memoir literature and row of other sources the state of scientific worked out of theme is exposed, a process is exposed and experience of creation and development of intelligence military units of the special forces of the Black Sea fleet is generalized (1953-1992) Foreign and soviet experience of forming and application of naval intelligence military units of the special forces is analyzed in the first half of ХХ century, that was soil for creation of intelligence military units of the special forces the Black Sea fleet in a certain in dissertation period; An authorial division into periods of process of development of intelligence military units of the special forces of secret service of the Black Sea fleet is offered (1953-1992) and features are found out each of them. Tasks that decided by intelligence military units of the special forces of the Black Sea fleet are exposed, their transformation is shown depending on the changes of military-political situation and also changes of organizationally-regular structure. A place and role of intelligence military units of the special forces of the Black Sea fleet are shown in the structure of fleet and in the struggle at the seaside and their progress trend. Changes in the looks of guidance of Navy of the USSR and Black Sea fleet are reflected and maintenance of basic organizational measures on creation at the Black seaside of intelligence military units of the Special Forces (1953-1992) is found out their positive and negative aspects set. The training system of combat divers of the Black Sea fleet, her orientation and results, is exposed depending on the changes of tasks and development special armament and military equipment in each historical period. The process of test of the special armament, equipment and military equipment for the combat divers of the Black Sea fleet is reflected. It is shown that the experience purchased in 1953-1992 became foundation on that intelligence military a unit of the special forces of Ukrainian Navy has begun to develop. On the basis of the conducted analysis recommendations are set in the research results introduction in a theory and practice of training and development of Ukrainian Navy.
