The thesis is devoted to the research and development of methods for parametric diagnostics of the working process of transport diesel engines, the operation of which is associated with frequent changes in load and prolonged operation in shared modes. The unevenness of capacity caused by operational defects in fuel equipment leads to overloading of individual cylinders and increased vibration of the engine. Effective operation of the engine is based on constant monitoring of the main, most significant parameters of the working process. Mathematical modeling of the working process of transport diesel engines in the AVL BOOST environment made it possible to verify the diagnostic control methods used in operation. In AVL BOOST the modified model of the law of professor Semenov VS is used. - a two-phase model of heat release, which made it possible to simplify the analysis of indicator indicators while maintaining high quality of modeling on shared load regimes. The maximum relative error in modeling of transport diesels at the modes 25%, 50%, 100% and 110% not exceeded 3%, To solve the synchronization problem, a combined analytical method for synchronizing the monitoring data of the working parameters of the transport diesels was developed and applied, which combines the advantages of the method of analyzing the first derivative of the pressure curve in the cylinder and the simulation of the compression-expansion curve using the function of Anyesi. In the conditions of reduced time of pre- and post-repair diagnostics of diesel engines, the new method allowed reducing errors of synchronization and subsequent calculation of the indicator parameters of the working process by 50-80%. The combination of the two methods solved this problem by reducing the number of erroneous calculations in the diagnosis. The developed methods of complex parametric diagnostics can be widely introduced into the practice of operating transport diesels. The application of the developed methods contributes to a general reduction in operating costs by 25-30% during the whole life cycle of transport diesel engines.
