Objects - hypericum herb and marigold flowers, a complex soft extract of hypericum herb and marigold flowers, a gel with a complex soft extract of hypericum herb and marigold flowers; excipients; aim – theoretical and experimental substantiation of the composition and technology  of the gel from a complex soft extract of hypericum herb and marigold flowers with wound-healing and anti-inflammatory action for the treatment of skin wound processes in the second and third phases and in diseases of mucous membrane epithelium of the mouth; methods – general scientific, organoleptic, physico-chemical, pharmaco-technological, microbiological, biological, mathematical; novelty - for the first time there has been theoretically and experimentally substantiated the composition, rational technology and methods of standardization of a new herbal preparation - a complex soft extract of hypericum herb and marigold flowers and a new medicinal product - a gel on its basis for the treatment of wound processes on the skin in the second and third phases and in inflammatory diseases of the mucous membrane epithelium of the mouth; results – the technology of a complex soft extract of hypericum herb and marigold flowers has been processed; physico-chemical and pharmaco-technological studies have been carried out; the optimal composition and technology of the gel with a complex soft extract of hypericum herb and marigold flowers have been theoretically substantiated and experimentally proved; the methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis for the developed preparation have been worked out; the shelf-life and storage conditions for the gel have been defined; structural-mechanical, microbiological, toxicological and pharmacological properties of the developed gel have studied; the approbation of a technology and control techniques for the quality of a complex soft extract and a gel in industrial production have been conducted; introduced - into the educational process of higher educational institutions; branch - pharmacy.
