The dissertation is devoted to solving the problem of improving the technology of creating the source breeding material for sunflower confectionery, in particular, the herbicide-resistant group of imidazolinones and sulfonylureas, to obtain heterozygous hybrids. The effectiveness of the method of obtaining parent components for the use of industrial hybrids has been confirmed, as it has created candidates for sterilization fixators, sterilization fixators and fertilizer restorers for sunflower confectionery. It is proved that Imr/imr immunity to herbicides of the imidazolinone group can serve as an effective marker for controlling the "sterility-fertility" feature of plants that allows visually to isolate sterile forms. It was established that the homo- and heterozygosity of plants according to the genome of resistance to the Imr/imr herbicide are visually different phenotypically on the color of the leaves, which makes it possible to select homozygous forms of confectionery sunflower with a high resistance to Euro-layering herbicide by coloring the leaf blade. It has been found out that for the creation of herbicide-resistant hybrids, Express and Euro-Laying should use parental components resistant to herbicides. Confirmed that the height of plants in sunflower confectionery direction of use is inherited by the dominant type. Short-stem samples should be used to obtain low-growth forms as parent components. The technology of creating the source material for the selection of sunflower in the confectionery direction of the use of imidazolinone-resistant herbicides and sulfonylureas groups, in which sterile counterparts are obtained in parallel, by means of backwardness, with sterility of sunflower, are identified and identified on the basis of "sterility-fertility", which significantly reduces the breeding process. A collection of large-breeding (K701/17, K1275/17), high-yielding (K376/17), low-growth (1317, 3280), herbicide-resistant (K8023/17, K1302/17, K4367/17) sterility and fertility restorers was created (B1217/17, В1201/17, В1052/17) for using sunflower confectionery in the selection process for obtaining heterozygous culture hybrids.
