Essay

The prospects of progressive ideas and historical the pedagogical skills development experience in Chernihiv spiritual educational institutions for Ukrainian modern teacher training reform are defined: 1) the improvement of the legislative base of Ukraine on education in the direction of strengthening the psychological and pedagogical component in the future teachers' vocational and pedagogical training system through the use of the historical spiritual educational institutions'experience; 2) working out of the state sullabus of the theoretic and methodological pedagogical skill development on the basis of the acquired historical teachers' training experience; 3) the pedagogical skills expansion of the teaching content in Ukrainian pedagogical higher educational institutions at the expense of existing knowledge of the spiritual education and skills development in rhetoric, homiletics, picatics, ecclesiastical eloquence, etc .; 4) updating the teacher training technologies on the personality-oriented basis that took place in the personal component development of the priest-teacher's pedagogical mastery (spirituality, morality, culture of pedagogical communication - professional language and speech, verbal and non-verbal means of communicative interaction, high level of performing art, etc.).
