Vasilchuk N. Morphofunctional characteristic of mediastinal lymph node in newborns normal and after intraperitoneal action of antigens (anatomical and experimental study)

The Thesis is devoted to the study of the morphofunctional state of the mediastinal lymphatic node in norm and after antigenic loading. The actuality of the theme is associated with the occurrence of allergies as a result of the influence of antigens of different genesis. The development of immunomorphology, the great importance of experimental data, which is characterized by the peculiarities of the structure of the lymphatic nodes of the chest after amniotic administration of antigens or the action of physical factors. Having a special topography and with the background of altered thymus morphogenesis after the amniotic action of antigens the structure of the mediastinal lymphatic node may be fully reproduced the reactive changes of all immune units, which would allow the changes in the starting immunity of newborns with the complicated prenatal diagnosis.
