Bulko I. Morphological changes in the spleen in the long term after the local burn injury of the skin and its correction in the experiment

The research is devoted to the establishment of peculiarities of structural changes in the village-zinka of rats in the long term after the burn injury of the skin under conditions of use of combined hyperosmolyar solutions (lactobacillus with sorbitol and HAES-LX-5%). New data on long-term recovery of spleen's structural components after correction of burn injury to the skin were obtained. It has been established that the use of lactobacillus solution with sorbitol, and especially HAES-LX-5% solution, has a positive effect on the characteristics of the cell cycle (SUB-G0G1, S-phase, G2 + M phase) of the spleen cells, accompanied by a decrease in endogenous intoxication and is promising for the improvement of existing approaches to correction of the lesion of the spleen. Morphological changes in the structure of the spleen are a confirmation of stimulation of the activity of humoral and cellular immunity in the administration of hyperosmolyar solutions.
