Yevdokimova-Lysohor L. The preparation of future professionals in the sphere of tourism for cross-cultural dialogue in the process of studying socio-humanitarian disciplines.

The object of the research is professional preparation of future specialists in the sphere of tourism; the subject of the research is pedagogic conditions of preparation of future specialists in the sphere of tourism for inter-cultural dialogue in the process of studying social and humanitarian disciplines; the aim of the research is to substantiate theoretically and verify experimentally the pedagogic conditions that favour efficient preparation of future specialists in the sphere of tourism for inter-cultural dialogue in the process of studying social and humanitarian disciplines; the methods of the research: theoretical: analysis, synthesis, generalisation and systematisation of scientific and theoretical, educational and methodological literature for identifying the conceptual and categorical framework of the research, outlining the peculiarities of the professional activity of a specialist in the sphere of tourism, revealing the essence of the notion "inter-cultural dialogue of a specialist in the sphere of tourism", specifying the structure of their readiness for inter-cultural dialogue, determining and substantiating the pedagogic conditions of preparation of future specialists in the sphere of tourism, elaborating the model of their realisation; empirical: diagnostic (discussions, questionnaires, tests, pedagogic observation, including mediated and expert surveys) for studying the results of the educative activity and determining the level of students' readiness for inter-cultural dialogue; pedagogic experiment (stating, forming, controlling stages) for checking the influence efficiency of the defined pedagogic conditions; statistic: methods of the mathematical statistics (hypothesis check, methods of comparing the results of the research on the basis of Pirson's criterion ??, the method of Spirman rang correlation) for quantitative and qualitative analysis of the empirical data and testing of their reliability; the scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the fact that for the first time: the essence of the notion "inter-cultural dialogue of a specialist in the sphere of tourism", which is considered as a process of professional and business interaction with representatives of different cultural and language origin on the basis of subject-subject relations that presupposes awareness as for peculiarities of other cultures and communicative behaviour of native speakers, ability to perceive and respect cultural and individual differences of clients and partners with a focus on common to all mankind values, acquiring experience of creative dialogue interaction in situations of professional activity is revealed; pedagogic conditions that provide efficient preparation of future specialists in the sphere of tourism for inter-cultural dialogue, namely organisation of educational and creative activity in the process of training future specialists in the sphere of tourism for inter-cultural dialogue; management of an educational and creative process of training future specialists in the sphere of tourism for inter-cultural dialogue; dialogisation of the pedagogic process of training future specialists in the sphere of tourism for inter-cultural dialogue.
