Implemented a philosophical study of the phenomenon of legal consciousness which undergoes a significant influence of certain traditions in relation to the law and legal regulation, which were inherent in the past, because the legal consciousness has the property not only of the reflection of social existence, but also of continuity. Proven that the legal consciousness is a complex, multifaceted and intrinsically controversial phenomenon, which is constantly associated with the categories of law, moral, morality and justice. It is summed up that the legal consciousness, based on a respectful attitude to the law and to its humanistic values and principles, contributes to the development of the state.
