Essay

The dissertation is one of the first works in Ukrainian legal science devoted to the study of the role of the prosecutor in criminal proceedings on the basis of agreements on the recognition of guilt. The organizational and legal aspects of participation of the prosecutor in criminal proceedings on the basis of agreements on recognition of guilty are investigated. Systemically analyzed the history of the institute of concluding agreements on the recognition of guilt, the concept and main features of the agreements on the recognition of guilt. The legal status of the prosecutor as initiator and participant in the agreement on recognition of guilt is disclosed.
