Mikhieieva O. Harmonization of competencies of international project managers' teams in multicultural environments

The research object of the dissertation are harmonization processes of project managers who work in international tams in multicultural environments. In the give work, competence-based methods and models were developed in order to ensure development of international teams' project managers in multicultural environments and balance gaps and misunderstandings in multicultural communications to provide project success. First time were offered: the conceptual model for development of project managers' competences in international perspective; methods of intercultural competency profile and competency breakdown strucutre - for harmonization of project managers' competencies in intercultrual environments to ensure project success.
