Kryvokhyzha I. Organizational and pedagogical bases of training of future specialists of musical art in modern Poland.

The object of research is the vocational training of music art professionals in the system of higher education in Poland; the subject of research - the organizational and pedagogical basis of vocational training of music art professionals in Poland; the purpose of the research - based on scientific analysis to identify and generalize the organizational and pedagogical principles of professional training of music art professionals in modern Poland, to characterize its features and to determine the possibility of using positive ideas of Polish experience in Ukrane; research methods - For solving the tasks and realization of the research a complex of general scientific methods was used: theoretical: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, generalization, systematization, classification, comparison - for the organization of the procedure of scientific thinking, theoretical analysis and generalizations, which became the main means of scientific study pedagogical and artistic sources, which allowed to determine the stages and to periodize the development of professional music education in Poland; empirical: historical comparative - for studying, comparing and generalizing the interaction and mutual influence of the Ukrainian and Polish system of training music professionals, which ensured the development of research structure; the scientific novelty and theoretical significance of the research results obtained is that: for the first time, an analysis of the organizational and pedagogical principles of the training of future specialists in the field of music in Poland, the essence of which is revealed by the introduction of modern approaches and principles of organizing training of musicians, using the system of European framework qualifications, the expansion training of the professional component, the introduction of innovative technologies, the forms and methods of organizing the educational process.
