Drapushko R. The worldview paradigm of Ukrainian tourism at the conditions of contemporary transformative processes

The thesis comprehensively analyzes the phenomenon of tourism as an object of state humanitarian policy. A key criterion for this analysis is the ideological and philosophical dimension of the phenomenon. The strong ideological, socio-cultural, value and ideological significance of tourism is manifested within a comparative study of public-humanitarian paradigm in authoritarian and democratic state. Of particular relevance becomes problematic use humanization, democratizing, communicative, cultural, tolerant and peace-making potential of tourism on the stage of forming and developing of Ukraine's democratic and legal state. The dissertation deals with the details of the functioning of tourism in the context of an authoritarian ideological and ideological paradigm are studied in detail. It is emphasized that in a society of total ideology, tourism also turns exclusively into an instrument of state propaganda, which leads to a value-semantic emasculation of it as a socio-cultural phenomenon. At the same time, it is proved that tourism, in the final analysis, can be used as one of the most effective means of transition of society from authoritarian to democratic value-political attitudes.
