Bochevar A. Formation of future lawyers' informative and communicative competence by means of multimedia technologies

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of application of multimedia technologies in the course of future lawyers’ informative and communicative competence formation. Analysing the scientific psychological and pedagogical literature we discovered the essence and structure of a lawyer’s informative and communicative competence, pedagogical conditions and experimental model of its formation. The experimental model of formation of future lawyers’ informative and communicative competence by means of multimedia technologies was developed and approved. Pedagogical conditions of multimedia technologies’ applying in the training of future lawyers were theoretically substantiated and experimentally tested (formation of future lawyers’ positive learning motivation in profession-oriented multimedia environment; intensification of future lawyers’ educating content by means of multimedia technologies; organization of profession-oriented selftuition with the use of ICT).
