The object of research is the process of preparing a future teacher of technology in higher pedagogical educational institutions. Subject of research - pedagogical conditions of formation of organizational culture of future technology teachers in the process of professional training. The purpose of the research is to scientifically substantiate, define and experimentally test the pedagogical conditions and the structural-functional model of effective formation of the organizational culture of future technology teachers. Methods of research: theoretical, empirical, empirical, pedagogical experiment, mathematical statistics.The practical significance of the results of the study is to develop a teaching and learning complex of the special course "Organizational Culture of Teachers of Technologies", improving the content of normative academic disciplines ("Recommendations to certain topics of normative disciplines regarding the formation of the organizational culture of the future teacher of technologies"); improvement of the content of extra-curricular work with students (created "Recommendations for curators of academic groups for the development of organizational culture of students of technological faculties").Materials of the dissertation can be used in the educational process for the conclusion of educational programs in the disciplines of psychological and pedagogical and special cycles, as well as in the courses for the improvement of professional qualifications of pedagogical and educational personnel.
