Essay

The object of research: process of the professional training of the future actor. The aim of research: definition and theoretical substantiation of the organizational and pedagogical conditions of the future actor's training for professional communication and experimental verification of their effectiveness. The subject of research: organizational and pedagogical conditions of the future actor's training for professional communication. The results of research and novelty: the theoretical principles of professional training of the future actor for professional communication were researched. The essence, structure, criteria, indicators and readiness level of the future specialist for professional communication were substantiated. The organizational and pedagogical conditions of the future actor’s preparation for professional communication were developed, theoretically substantiated and experimentally verified namely the creation of informational and creative educational environment as a precondition for the successful preparation of the future actor for professional communication, organization of communicative interaction of participants of the educational process through a triad of specialized disciplines, the introduction of a set of interactive psychophysical trainings in the process of the future actors’ preparation. The model of the future actors’ training for professional communication, which contains five interconnected blocks – target, basic, content, applied and effective, and methodical provision for the realization of organizational and pedagogical conditions and models in the educational process (educational programs of the triad of disciplines «Scenic motion», «Scenic language», «Mastery of an actor», a complex of interactive psychophysical trainings, educational and methodological recommendations) was developed. The efficiency of organizational and pedagogical conditions of the future actors’ preparation for professional communication was proved. The sphere of usage: introduced in the educational training process of educational institutions.
