Essay

Dissertational work has both fundamental and practical importance, as it expands the theoretical notion of individual characteristics of the formation of a psychophysiological state during training loads of elite athletes. The systems factors which formed to psychophysiological state is the functional mobility of nervous process and level of tension of the system of regulation of the heart rhythm. It was revealed that the factor structure of the psychophysiological state of athletes is associated with the cycle of training loads during the training macrocycle; different periods of the training macrocycle are characterized by different qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the factor structure in each group of elite athletes. Differences in the mechanisms of autonomic regulation of the heart rhythm in athletes with different levels of mobility of nervous processes are established. Athletes of the first group has a more rigid determined structure of the functional state, but the second group - less determined and more stochastic structure. The research allowed to develop new quantitative criteria that assess the formation and manifestation of psychophysiological conditions in the dynamics of training loads in athletes with different levels of functional mobility of nervous processes on the basis of factor structure. It was proposed and tested the ways of correction of the training process for the athletes of high qualification taking into account the quantitative criteria for the factor structure of the psychophysiological state. In addition, the concept of adaptive processes of psychophysiological functions and autonomic regulation of the heart rhythm in elite athletes with different levels of mobility of nervous processes at different stages of the training macrocycle and data on the formation of the psychophysiological state in athletes under training loads have been supplemented and expanded.
