Haidaienko O. Models and mechanisms of value-based approach in the management of medical projects

The dissertation considers the increase of the effectiveness of management of the medical projects by developing new models and project management mechanisms throughout the life cycle using a value-oriented approach. The solution of finding alternatives for the life-cycle of a medical project has been proposed by minimizing the modified Petri network, a special case of which is the Gantt chart for a multiproject in the medical sphere. A mathematical model for forecasting medical data (number of clients of projects for the provision of medical services) has been developed with the help of fuzzy logic "F-transformation", which, unlike existing ones, allows to predict the number of health care users from a small sample of statistical data with the slightest error.
